RelationFlow
An AI workspace for businesses with chat, agents, knowledge sources and integrations. My contribution in the team: reliable chat and document workflows, connectors and Community.
The problem
Businesses need one AI workspace where chat, agents, knowledge and external tools work together. Account boundaries and permissions must hold across integrations.
My contribution
I have worked in the RelationFlow team since June 2026, contributing to chat, connectors, document workflows and Community. These examples cover parts of a jointly developed product.
Technical decision
An external action needs more than a working API: each tool call must belong to the active connection and its permissions. My work connects interface behaviour with explicit approval and data boundaries.
Implementation
My contributions include recovering persisted chat responses after delivery failures, binding tool calls to the active connection and bounded OCR processing in document workflows. In Community, I have contributed to product flows and agent imports.
Outcome
The platform is available at app.relationflow.io. This work illustrates my focus on production full-stack workflows: clear interfaces, understandable failure states and reliable integrations.
Limitations and trade-offs
The overall product is a team effort. I do not claim sole ownership of its architecture or implementation. I do not publish internal customer screens or usage figures here.
